Our Story

AgileXPS began in April 2018 as the "Academy for Gameful and Immersive Learning Experiences," founded by Cody Lestelle with a vision to transform education through innovative, engaging methodologies. The organization launched publicly in June 2018 with a full-time summer camp that was completely free of charge for more than twenty low-income participants, demonstrating our commitment to accessible, inclusive education from the very beginning.

Originally focused on providing unique curricula for summer camps and after-school programs utilizing tabletop roleplaying, video games, and sports to deliver culturally sustaining programs of study, AgileXPS has evolved into a comprehensive brand offering educational technology and esports consulting, professional development services, and business-to-business solutions.

Today, AgileXPS operates as a social enterprise under Lestelle Group LLC, maintaining our foundational commitment to educational excellence, accessible design, and community-centered approaches while expanding our services to include brand development, business strategy, game design, music production, and web application development.

Our mission continues to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, delivering professional services that help businesses, educators, and creators achieve their goals while honoring diverse perspectives and creating inclusive spaces for learning and growth.

Meet Cody Lestelle

Cody Lestelle - Founder and Chief Experience Optimizer

Founder, Chief Experience Optimizer & Alliance Builder

Cody Steven Lestelle is the visionary founder of AgileXPS and Chief Experience Optimizer at TimeKnot Games & Media. With a distinguished academic background spanning multiple disciplines and a deep commitment to systemic change, Cody brings a unique synthesis of theoretical depth and practical expertise to every project.

Educational Journey & Evolution

Cody holds a Master of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Futures Studies and Indigenous Politics from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where he began as a Ph.D. student before choosing to focus on applied work. He also earned a Master of Autonomous Organization from Universidad de la Tierra in Oaxaca, Mexico, under the guidance of Gustavo Esteva Figueroa. His Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude with Departmental Honors, is in Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington, specializing in community organizing and autonomous education.

Cody's educational journey took a pivotal turn when, while pursuing a Master of Teaching in Special Education at Western Governor's University, he reached the lifetime aggregate maximum of federal student debt in the United States—approximately $300,000. This experience crystallized his understanding of the systemic challenges facing education, labor, and economic justice in America.

Current Focus: Building Alliances for Transformation

Rather than viewing this as an ending, Cody has channeled this experience into a powerful new direction. He is currently focused on major business development moves aimed at building massive, transformative alliances—partnerships designed for "the best of all possible worlds." Through AgileXPS, 7ABCs, TimeKnot Games, and strategic collaborations, Cody is working to create alternative models for education, work, and community that don't require individuals to mortgage their futures.

Simultaneously, Cody is seeking fully-funded PhD programs that directly address the intersecting crises of massive student debt, automation and the future of work, economic debt structures, and the concept of debt jubilee—the ancient practice of periodic debt forgiveness that allowed societies to reset and flourish. His research interests lie at the intersection of political economy, educational futures, and systemic transformation.
